At CoreVend we take pride in our machines.

When we sell a machine to you, the relationship doesn't simply end there. Whilst you have a CoreVend machine on your premises you are a customer of ours and so will do everything we can to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the machine.

When you purchase a machine, you are given a One Year Parts Warranty and a Lifetime Technical Support which is given on ALL CoreVend machines.

The machines themselves are extremely user-friendly and therefore lend themselves to being simple to use and hassle-free.

If you for some reason, are having trouble with a machine, then we are only a phone call away, through which we will talk you through the problem and solve it in as quick a time as we can. If the highly unlikely event that you are still experiencing a problem, one of our team of engineers will travel to your premises to solve it first hand, and make sure it doesn't reoccur.

 

We can repair and reprogramme all coin mechanisms on the market.  Whether you have a coin validator that constantly jams or sticks, or refuses to accept coins - let us know and we can refurbish.  We can service all coin mechs acceptors - CF560, CF690, CF7000, MEI mechs, Global, CoinCo, NRI, Jofemar, CPI and much more.  Please just enter the details HERE and we will come straight back to you.

We also offer a complete software upgrade on all note readers - NV7, NV8, NV9, NV10 and BT10.  In June 2013, a new €5 note was launched.  In October 2014, the new €10 was released.  This was followed in November 2015 by the brand new €20 Note.  The final note of this set is the new €50 note which was launched throughout Europe on April 4th 2017.

All machines can now be upgraded to accept contactless/cashless payments.  Once fitted with the Nayax cashless reader, the machine can accept all card/phone payments.  Coupled with the ability to accept contactless payments, all machines include full telemetry which allows you to see sales/power outages and any other issues with the machine - all from the comfort of your mobile phone.

We also offer a Refurbishment service were we can overhaul your old machine to make it as good as new.

For instance on the older style cigarette machines, we can now upgrade with the new Horizon board, so that the displays will count above €9.95 to allow you to charge €10 and above per pack of cigarettes, in line with the Budget increase in 2014.
