How to Buy Online

The CoreVend shop is run in conjunction with Paypal.

1. Browse through the various items available for sale on the webpage, www.CoreVend.com/shop.
2. Once you see an item that you wish to purchase, simply click on the Paypal 'Add to Cart' Button on the right.  This will then instantly take you to the 100% Secure Paypal site.
3. Should you wish to add more items to your cart, click on the 'Continue Shopping' Button to return to the CoreVend shop.
4. Once you are happy, then please click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button to be taken to the final stages to complete your order.
5. Upon completing your order with Paypal, an email to confirm your order and receipt of payment will be sent to the email address that you provided.
6. Once we receive the confirmation email, we will contact you to confirm stock and despatch.
Currency

All prices displayed on this website will be in Euro.
Payment

Upon placing an order from www.CoreVend.com/shop, you are offering to enter into an agreement to purchase, and undertaking that payment will be made to us by the bank or credit card administrator.  In the event that the payment is revoked after dispatch of items, we will take all necessary steps to recover the payment.
Shipping

All products will be shipped via An Post and will be packaged in plain packaging.   The charge per order is €10.00 for addresses within Ireland.  For addresses in the UK, the charge is €15.00.  For all other addresses, the charge will be calculated on confirmation of delivery address and the total due will be emailed for payment.  From time to time, special offers will be launched, offering free or reduced charges on delivery.  This will be clearly shown on the main shop page.

For registered/Fastway Couriers/UPS or other, please contact us for a quote at info@CoreVend.com.

Typical delivery times would be approximately 3-4 days for Irish addresses. (Please note that this is dependent on An Post).  Should your order not be received in that time, then please contact ourselves with details of your order, along with contacting your local Post Office.  Should there be any damage or missing stock then please make a note immediately to both Post Office and to ourselves.   We will endeavour to satisfy all customers.

Goods will be dispatched on receipt of order/payment. Orders received will be dispatched on that working day, during business hours.
VAT

All orders include VAT at the current rate of 21%.  Female Sanitary products are VAT exempt.  For export orders, upon presentation of a valid VAT Number, VAT will not be applied.

Liability

In all transactions, the total liability to you will be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the goods.
Disputes

Should any disputes or disagreements erupt as a result of sales through www.CoreVend.com, would be dealt with as a matter of urgency. All sales are governed by Irish law, or for customers residing in the UK, the UK law - and all parties will submit to the jurisdiction of their relevant court.

Please note, we will never sell or pass on any details received in the nature of placing an order to any third party.  The information supplied in through ordering will not be used for any other purpose than in the completion of that order.
Returns

All customer rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You have a right to cancel the contract.   In order to do this you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.   If the goods have already been delivered to you at the time of cancellation, you should return the goods to the address above at your own cost.

Provided that the goods are returned unopened and in original condition we will return your payment within 28 days.

When returning goods, they must be returned via registered post.  Please also include your full name and address within the package.
